This section is used to organize for staff trainings that take place in the organization are documented using the following subsections.

This sections also has subsections where the data will be recorded. The sections are illustrated below,

Programs
The HR/line managers will add the programs which the staff members are going to have during the year/quarters as illustrated below.

Institutions
This section is where the institutions for training are added. This can be added as illustrated below.

My Trainings
This option is where the HR /line manager will add the trainings that they would like to schedule for the respective quarters throughout the year.

All Trainings
This is where the list of trainings are recorded and the status of approval from the supervisors or line managers.

Departmental Trainings
This section is where all departmental trainings that are scheduled will appear and their status of approval.

Approvals
This section where job trainings that needed for approval will appear. The line managers or
approvers are able to view to be able to approve or rejected.

General Reports
This section is where the HR is able to generate reports for all trainings that have taken place throughout the year.

Departmental Reports
This section is where all the departmental training reports are generated. The department heads are able to filter out depending on the periods that they would like to see.
