QED Solutions is committed to ensuring protection of all personal information that we hold, and to provide and to protect all such data. We recognize our obligations that while updating and maintaining HRMagic, we need to meet the requirements of GDPR.

QED Solutions is dedicated to safeguarding the personal information under our control and in maintaining a system that meets our obligations under the new regulations. Our practice is summarized below

How have we prepared for GDPR

This can be summarized as follows:-

  1. We do not have cookies which can be for collecting data or sharing it with third parties

  2. Our mechanisms for acquiring consent are unambiguous and involve a clear “opt-in” action that requires a given account from your organization that has a contractual obligation with us.

  3. Our registration forms clearly state the intentions, link to our privacy policy, and collect opt-in consent.

  4. We keep clear records of consent and can ably demonstrate that the user has given consent.

  5. It’s easy for our system users to request and receive all the information the system has about them.

  6. It’s easy for our system users to correct or update inaccurate or incomplete information.

  7. It’s easy for our system users to object to certain processing activities.

  8. It’s easy for our system users to receive a copy of their personal data in a format that can be easily transferred to another company.

  9. It’s easy for our system users to request to have their personal data deleted.

  10. It’s easy for our system users to ask you to restrict the processing of their personal data.

  11. We have the right technologies and procedures in place to detect, report and investigate a personal data breach that is continuously updated.

  12. We keep a record of how we store and use the data collected from our users.

PS. Please note a lot of other data privacy and confidentiality measures are covered in the contracts signed with our clientele and these must comply with EU and US data protection laws.
