360 feedback

This module is used by employees in the organization to give constructive feedback from different departments.

Configure Feedback Initiators

This section is used to add initiators of the feedback as illustrated in the screenshot attached

Categories

This section is used to access the feedback categories that have been added and view the status of the feedback

Questions

This section is used to add the assessment questions for the 360 feedback which will be answered by the employees.

Start 360 Appraisal

Employees use this section to answer the questions that have been set.

Staff feedback (Respondents)

This section is used to assess the respondents feedback from those that have been selected to take part.
